Being at a wedding as a spectator

So my family just went to a wedding on 8/8/08. I brought my handy camera that I use for my business with the hopes of getting some great pictures.

Before we dive in further, here are the details of the wedding. It was held at St. Ignatius Church in San Francisco. The weather was gloomy and I was oddly distracted by what the hired photographers were doing. It was amazing to learn so much about photography by just observing the hired photographers. And it was also amazing how limited I was as a fellow photographer sitting on the church benches as a spectator. But somehow, I managed to take some decent photos, mostly of my children, but other things too.

Enjoy!
